At Sixty Five Broadway, the construction site has gone through a visual transformation with all remnants of the previous buildings demolished, and shoring and excavation ongoing since November 2021. We expect to reach the proposed underground elevation by Fall of 2022.

    Formal Zoning By-law was issued on March 12, 2021.
  • Construction Management Plan (Complete)
    Our Construction Management Plan has been approved by City staff and Community Council approval on June 2021
  • Notice of Approval Conditions Status (Complete)
    Received its Notice of Approval Conditions (NOAC) on April 21, 2021.
  • Building Permit
    Received Demolition Permit on May 28, 2021 and Shoring & Excavation Permit on May 25, 2021
  • Site Plan Review (Complete) / Site Plan Approval (Pending)
    Site Plan Approval and a formal agreement remain pending and are expected to be finalized in Summer 2022. This approval and formal agreement will not delay shoring and excavation activities.

At Pavilia Towers, construction continues at a fast pace. Building A forming has been completed, tower crane removed, and window installations completed with the focus now turning to final in-suite installations, painting, and final finishes on lower floors. Suite electrical and mechanical rough-ins have reached the Lower Penthouse floor, drywall has reached 33rd floor and exterior walls have been completed. Building B forming has been completed as well as precast, except for the hoist units, with a focus now turning to in-suite electrical, mechanical and drywall installations. Occupancy for Building A will commence in the Fall of 2022.

At Riverview, construction of Building C is almost complete and occupancy on the lower floors began in early June 2022. T2 Condo Rentals has pre-leased over 50 units with the majority of the approved tenants moving in within days’ of unit occupancy commencement. At Building A, concrete forming and windows are complete with mechanical and electrical rough-ins continuing. At Building B, concrete forming is also complete with window installation and building envelope construction continuing. Occupancies for all buildings are ongoing until Q4 2023.

Building C

  • Concrete forming, windows, building envelope, mechanical and electrical rough-ins, drywall, tile, flooring, cabinets, trim carpentry and green roof all complete
  • PDI’s started on May 3rd and currently on 10th floor
  • Occupancies started On June 7th and currently on 6th floor

Building A

  • Concrete forming completed on all floors
  • Window installation completed on all floors
  • Building envelope completed up to 40th floor
  • Mechanical rough-in completed up to 20th floor
  • Electrical rough-in completed up to 19th floor
